By using our website, purchasing tickets, registering an account, signing up for our newsletter or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Technostate is an event organizer and electronic music brand based in Sweden. Through our website, we provide information about upcoming and previous events, artist lineups, galleries, ticket sales, memberships, event registration and related content.
Some events and tickets may be sold directly through technostate.se, while others may be offered through external ticket platforms or third-party services. When a ticket, product or event redirects you to an external platform, the purchase may be subject to that platform’s own terms, conditions, privacy policy and refund rules.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to use the website in a way that may damage, overload, disrupt or interfere with the website, its functionality, security or other users.
All content on the website, including text, graphics, images, logos, event names, design, videos and other material, belongs to Technostate or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from Technostate.
Tickets sold directly through Technostate are digital and are normally sent by email after purchase. If you do not receive your ticket, or if you lose access to it, you may contact us at info@technostate.se and we can resend the ticket when possible.
Tickets are generally not personal unless otherwise stated in the specific event information. Some events may require the ticket holder to be a registered member, approved guest or otherwise meet specific conditions. Any such requirements will be stated in the event details.
You are responsible for making sure that the information you provide when purchasing tickets or registering an account is correct, including your email address. Technostate is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Some events, tickets or products displayed on technostate.se may link to external platforms such as Billetto or other third-party ticket providers. In such cases, Technostate may only provide a link or referral to the external platform.
When you complete a purchase on an external platform, the contract may be between you and that external platform or the responsible ticket provider. Their terms and conditions, payment rules, refund policies and customer support procedures may apply. Technostate is not responsible for technical issues, payment handling, platform fees or terms controlled by external platforms.
Tickets purchased directly through Technostate are generally non-refundable, except in the cases specifically stated below.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, Technostate may offer you a ticket to another event or, if requested, a refund.
If an event is cancelled, Technostate may offer you an alternative ticket to another event or, if requested, a refund of the ticket price.
Refunds are only handled for purchases made directly through Technostate. If your ticket was purchased through an external platform, refund requests must normally be handled according to that platform’s terms and procedures.
Technostate is not responsible for travel costs, hotel bookings, personal expenses or any other costs connected to an event being postponed, cancelled, changed or interrupted.
Technostate reserves the right to make changes to events when necessary. This may include changes to venue, opening hours, artists, lineup, stage setup, production, timetable or other event details.
Artist cancellations, timetable changes or lineup adjustments do not automatically give the right to a refund, unless the event itself is cancelled or otherwise stated by Technostate.
We always aim to deliver the event as announced, but changes may sometimes be required due to circumstances outside our control.
In general, Technostate events have an age limit of 18+, but some events may have different age limits or entry requirements. Always check the specific event information before purchasing a ticket or attending an event.
Valid identification may be required at the entrance for age verification or other security reasons. You should always bring a valid ID to the event.
Technostate, the venue and/or security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the event area due to reasons including, but not limited to, intoxication, aggressive behavior, harassment, unsafe conduct, failure to follow staff instructions, invalid ticket, suspected ticket fraud, age restrictions or violation of event rules.
If you are refused entry or removed from an event due to your own behavior, intoxication, failure to meet entry requirements or breach of these Terms & Conditions, your ticket will not be refunded.
By attending a Technostate event, you agree to follow the event rules, venue rules, instructions from staff and instructions from security personnel.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific event information, the following rules apply: no drugs, no violence, no weapons or dangerous objects, no outside alcohol, bag checks may be carried out, respect other guests, staff, artists and the venue, follow all instructions from staff and security, do not harass, threaten or disturb other guests, do not damage property, equipment, decorations or the venue, and do not enter restricted areas without permission.
Additional rules may apply for specific events. Always check the event details before attending.
Technostate reserves the right to remove guests who break the rules, behave inappropriately or create a risk for themselves, other guests, staff, artists or the event.
Payments made directly on technostate.se may be handled through third-party payment providers, including Mollie and payment methods such as card payment, Swish, Klarna or other available options.
By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms and conditions. Technostate does not store full card details and does not control the technical payment systems provided by third-party payment processors.
For purchases made through external ticket platforms, the available payment methods and payment terms are controlled by that external platform.
Users may be able to create an account on technostate.se. Through your account, you may be able to view purchases, tickets and other information connected to your profile.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for ensuring that the information connected to your account is correct and up to date.
Technostate may suspend, restrict or delete accounts if we believe that an account has been used incorrectly, contains false information, has been involved in abuse, fraud, security issues or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Some events may require membership, registration or approval before attendance. If this applies, it will be stated in the specific event information.
By attending a Technostate event, you acknowledge and accept that photos and videos may be recorded at the event. This may include crowd shots, dance floor footage, stage footage, aftermovies, social media content, website material and promotional content.
Technostate may use photos and videos from events for marketing, documentation, social media, website content, promotional campaigns and future event communication.
If you have a specific concern about appearing in published material, you may contact us at info@technostate.se, and we will review the request when reasonably possible. However, we cannot guarantee removal from all existing or previously distributed material, especially in crowd scenes or third-party publications.
Professional photography, filming, livestreaming or commercial media production is not allowed without prior written approval from Technostate.
You may choose to sign up for the Technostate newsletter or receive marketing communication from us. This may include information about upcoming events, ticket releases, offers, news, artist announcements and related content.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at info@technostate.se.
You attend Technostate events at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health, safety, belongings and behavior during the event.
Technostate is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings. Please take care of your valuables and follow any venue instructions regarding cloakrooms, bags or storage.
Technostate is not liable for indirect costs or losses, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation, lost income, personal arrangements or other costs connected to an event.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is not allowed under applicable law.
Technostate is not responsible for failure to perform, delay, changes, cancellation or interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to, extreme weather, fire, flood, power failure, technical failures, strikes, transport disruptions, venue problems, authority decisions, police instructions, public safety concerns, pandemic restrictions, illness, artist cancellations or other circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, Technostate will make reasonable efforts to provide information and suitable alternatives where possible.
Technostate processes personal data in order to provide the website, handle ticket purchases, manage accounts, send digital tickets, provide customer support, communicate with users and send newsletters where consent has been given.
More information about how we handle personal data should be available in our Privacy Policy. By using the website and our services, you agree that your personal data may be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Technostate may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on technostate.se. By continuing to use the website, purchase tickets or attend events after changes have been published, you accept the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
Any dispute shall primarily be resolved through communication with Technostate. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be handled by the competent Swedish authority or court in accordance with applicable Swedish law.
