About Technostate

TECHNOSTATE was born in 2003, at a time when the Swedish underground scene was raw, passionate and full of people searching for something different. It began far away from polished productions and big venues, in small underground spaces where the sound system, the decorations, the people and the music mattered more than anything else. One of the most important places in the early TECHNOSTATE story was Källaren Diana, a small underground venue that became a home for the first generation of TECHNOSTATE ravers. It was intimate, intense and honest — the kind of place where every person in the room felt connected to the same pulse, the same bassline and the same dream.

From the very beginning, psytrance was at the core of TECHNOSTATE. The hypnotic rhythms, the driving basslines, the psychedelic atmosphere and the spiritual energy of the music shaped the identity of the movement. These early events were not just parties; they were gatherings for people who wanted to experience music in a deeper way. The dance floor became a place of freedom, expression and belonging, where people from different backgrounds could meet under the same lights and share the same journey. Those first years built the foundation for everything TECHNOSTATE would later become — a movement driven by passion, not trends.
